Randheer Bhardwaj short intro

An ICWA (1999), CFA (2001) and MBA from IIFT (2004); Randheer has rich overall experience for more than 20 years. He is also a certified Black Belt in Six Sigma techniques and a certified assessor in “Tata Business Excellence Model”. Having worked with corporates like Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited, Unilever India, Tata Group etc, his professional career encompasses multiple sectors and geographies. In his last profile, he was serving as VP and head of 6 departments including Marketing, New Businesses, Corporate Strategy, Process and Quality etc for an IT company.

In 2013, he quit corporate world and became a full time entrepreneur.

His first restaurant “Bon Pasta” didn’t work well and was shut down within a year after incurring a loss of Rs. 35 lakhs+. Then he started the second venture “Bon Pizza” on streets of Ahmedabad. This business performed well and had more than 45 franchise in 10 states of India before Covid. Post covid, about 15 franchise operations are still working and his wife is handling all operations for this business.

His current portfolio includes:

1. Food Kindle (India’s first e-learning platform for Food Business): He is founder and chief mentor for the business. (www.foodkindle.com)

2. Mentorship and Coaching: Provide one to one coaching and mentorship for clients in Restaurant Business (India, UAE, USA, Australia).

How I Work

I do not operate as a marketing agency or an outsourced management team.

My role is to act as a strategic advisor to the restaurant owner. The focus is always on practical, realistic changes that improve the business over time.

My Philosophy

Most restaurant problems are not caused by lack of effort. They happen because of misaligned decisions.

My approach is simple:

Diagnose the real problem first.
Fix the right priorities next.
Then focus on disciplined execution.
